Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Pure Village Hub order. Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

Since our products are perishable food items (oils, ghee, biri badi), we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or the photos you send for a damaged item), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping

If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
